Member Request Rules
General Request Requirements- In order to fulfill your request quickly and efficiently, we ask that all users fill out the request form as completely as possible. All requests must meet the guidelines given. If a request does not fulfill the guide, it will not be filled.
- We ask that all users provide their board link. If the link is not provided, we can not fill the request.
- For requests that require viewing the users board, Board Owners are asked to allow guest access while their request is being filled.
- No board activity limits are required in order to submit a member request.
- We apologize, but at this time, requests made for boards not hosted by Invisionfree or Zetaboards will not be accepted.
- Topics will be sorted by start date in order to avoid bumping. If a user attempts to bump their topic, the request will be closed.
- Please do not PM members or staff members with requests. Your PM rights will be removed.
Multiple Requests
- Users may make multiple requests. There is no waiting period between requests. However, we ask that users be courteous to other users and avoid spamming requests.
- Should a user abuse the request forum, they will be removed.
Expiration
- Once a submission has been given, the user must respond within a few days to request any alternations. If they do not, the request will be marked as filled.
- Requests will remain open for a maximum of 2 weeks. If the request is not fulfilled in that time, the request will be closed and the user may submit their request again.
- Users who have had multiple disciplinary actions may be barred from requests at the discretion of the staff. Users who have more than 3 warns may not submit a request.
