The font is way to small, That part is true... I'll just increase the size... If you use it, just increase the font size to 15px's... It works try this site to see it, Fixed skin

Your #logostrip is the same color as your links, I suggest changing that so members can view the "Help, Search, Members, Calender." It could use some work overall but it looks nice.
